User Responsibilities

Delays in communication or incomplete information may affect delivery timelines. Clients must ensure that any content, data, or materials provided do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Payments
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms before or during the project. Once a payment is made, it is considered final. Pricing for services may vary depending on project scope and complexity. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
No Refund and No Cancellation
All services are strictly governed by a no refund and no cancellation policy. Once a service is confirmed or payment is made, no refund or cancellation will be allowed under any circumstances. This applies to all stages of the project, including partially completed work.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines will be provided before the start of the project. These timelines are subject to change based on project requirements, client feedback, or unforeseen technical challenges. Any delay caused by the client may result in an extension of the delivery schedule.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final deliverables of the project may be transferred to the client as agreed. However, Profuture Bangalore retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project for future work. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of proprietary materials is prohibited.
Confidentiality
All client information, data, and project details will be treated as confidential. Such information will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except where required by law. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project.
Limitation of Liability
Profuture Bangalore shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. This includes loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss. All services are provided based on agreed specifications without guarantees beyond the defined scope.
Third-Party Services
Some projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or services. Any issues, limitations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers are not the responsibility of Profuture Bangalore. Clients are subject to the terms of those third-party services where applicable.
Termination
Services may be terminated if there is a breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of services. Upon termination, any work completed up to that point will remain chargeable, and access to ongoing services may be restricted.
Changes to Terms
